.Environmental conservation
The release amount of harmful substances of polyester fiber acoustic panel has been tested by relevant state departments, and its formaldehyde release amount is 0.05mg/L(standard requirements ≤ 1.5mg /L), which meets the requirements of the national standard E1 level. The product has no special odor and will not cause skin allergies. And the polyester fiber that used to make sound absorbing panels can be recycled. Therefore, this product is truly environmentally friendly.
Simple construction
No sound absorption cotton, no decorative board, and even no auxiliary materials, through simple bonding, drilling side, nail and other basic operations can achieve the desired sound absorption effect and decorative effect, reduce the overall project cost and construction period.
• Thickness:
Available in 20mm, 30mm, 40mm three thickness options. The thin 20mm panel is suitable for scenarios where installation space is limited and high-frequency noise needs to be absorbed. The 30mm panel has excellent comprehensive performance and is widely used in general acoustic environment optimization; The 40mm panel is excellent at low frequency sound absorption and is suitable for places with high requirements for low frequency control.
• Material:
The surface is environmentally friendly wood veneer, the texture is natural and beautiful, the touch is warm, and it can be integrated with various interior decoration styles; The internal sound absorption core adopts a new type of polyester fiber sound absorption cotton, which has the characteristics of uniform density and good elasticity, and meets the strict environmental protection standards while ensuring efficient sound absorption, non-toxic and tasteless, harmless to the human body and the environment.
• Sound absorption performance:
According to the international standard ASTM C423 test, in the full frequency range of 100Hz-6300Hz, the average sound absorption coefficient (NRC) can reach 0.8 or more. Among them, the absorption effect of medium frequency (500Hz-2000Hz) and high frequency (2000Hz-6300Hz) sound is particularly significant, and the absorption coefficient is as high as 0.95, effectively eliminating the sound turbidity and restoring the true sound. Even in the low frequency band (100Hz-500Hz), it can maintain good sound absorption performance, and the sound absorption coefficient reaches 0.65, effectively reducing the low-frequency resonance and standing wave phenomenon.
•Stable physical properties
The sound-absorbing panel has good physical stability and will not expand or shrink due to changes in temperature and humidity.
